Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started out as a competitive swimmer from early childhood up until college, was a former indoor cycling instructor, and have a blue belt in jiu-jitsu. Now, no matter where I am or what I'm feeling, I always look for fitness and sports because I've found training to be an outlet and form of release for me.
A firm believer of accepting things for what they are, I've learned that fitness isn't a competition, but rather a personal journey that takes time and is meant to be enjoyed. So in my classes, and with the help of pop, feel-good, and get-up-and-dance music.
I want my Movers to experience the joy and love I've found in fitness, with high hopes that it helps them the same way it's been helping me throughout the years. In my spare time, you can find me practicing yoga or doodling the day away!
