Despite being on the bulkier side even when I was a kid, I've always been an athlete. Basketball is my main game, but I also got into swimming, soccer, obstacle course training, and football – I just always have the urge to try something new.
When I got into advertising, finding the time to work out or even join a pick-up basketball game became hard. I would work overtime and overeat. The weight gain made me realize it was time to get serious: to prove that even if you're an ad-man, you can still commit to staying fit.
Since then, I've dedicated every day to stay fit and healthy through proper nutrition and daily movement. I fell in love with fitness and got back into competitive sports, lifted heavy weights, and became a fitness instructor. From then 'til now, my biggest inspirations are my siblings – they're the ones who made me who I am today, and taught me that no matter what you do in life, you always fight to be the best version of yourself.
So come and join me in class as we power through killa push-ups and killa squats, paired with old and new school rock, hip-hop, and EDM. And I promise you, you'll have a hell of a good time!
