More important than just looking amazing is FEELING amazing. We want you to move through life unencumbered by pain and immobility. Whether you want to pick up your baby, carry your suit case to work, or toss giant ass rocks for fun - we got you covered!

This is why we choose to employ full body workouts everyday! We want you to work out like how our bodies were designed to: as a lean mean cohesive machine.

Each day focuses on 2 of the prime movements while still hitting the other movements (albeit to a less focused extent). Our body’s basic movements are: Push, Pull, Squat, Hip Hinge, Lunge, Twist

The first goal of building momentum is to develop consistency.

We have set up our daily workouts so that you can workout 2, 3, or 5 times a week.

  • M / W / F or T / W / TH for a complete 3 day weekly split
  • M / F or T / TH or S / SUN for a 2 day weekly split
  • M / T / W / TH / F if you want to take your fitness to the next level with this 5 day split!
