Playing sports is one of the things I love the most. I started with basketball, then picked up swimming later on. In college, I joined my school's flag football and dragon boat teams, and decided to hone my leadership skills too, by becoming captain for both teams.
In constant pursuit of the excitement sports bring, I still join competitions in football, dragon boat, obstacle course racing, and basketball, while participating in marathons. But, it was my interest in rowing that kicked off my career in the fitness industry. First a rowing instructor, I then ventured into teaching indoor cycling, functional fitness, and personal training. What I consider to be my greatest achievement and goal in fitness goes beyond podium finishes—it's the ability to be able to inspire and motivate others to be their best selves. And because I always want to support others, I got a PN1 Certification to help me help them in the best way that I can.
During my rest days and breaks, you can find me annoying my dogs, drinking beer (in moderation, of course!), playing the piano and guitar, or maybe even singing! Just as varied as my interests are, expect to hear my favorite music across all genres in class, as we conquer each challenge and get better together.
